This is a website for people who want to DO something!

If you're content to sit quietly and watch as our great country is destroyed by the fanaticism and incompetence of a man who has no respect for the institutions and fundamental freedoms of America and desires only to remake them into European style socialism, you're not going to like it here. (If you supported Mr. Obama and are interested in apologizing, we are offering opportunities for atonement to sincere supplicants.)  Please see apology thread (here).

Nor is this for Republicans who think we can wait for the next election and then nominate a "moderate" who will retain the democratic state and grow it, perhaps, more slowly.  There can be no return to a Republican party which tolerates an ever growing government.  If you think that big spending is fine as long as its done by people with an "R" next to there name, you're not going to like it here either.  Indeed, we need to go into this fully aware that once we've helped the Republicans get into power, we're going to have to start going after them.  The unprecedented incursions of an inept yet stifling government into every corner of our lives needs to be rolled back, not just contained.
